Terms of Use
MAKING A PURCHASE
After you have selected your finnies on our order form and submitted the form, we will receive your request. Once we have ensured that we have the finnies in stock, we will email you with confirmation of your order and information on how to pay for your order.
Please note that submitting a finnie order does not mean your order has been accepted.
Orders will not be posted until payment has been received. We use Paypal as our secure payment system. You can use a credit or debit card or send to us via bank transfer.
POSTAGE
Postage costs will be at the usual Royal Mail rates. The finnies will be weighed and packaged ready to be delivered to you. You will be noted of the cost upon ordering.
DELIVERY
We will usually have finnies in stock and your order can be packed and posted within 2 working days. If there is an unexpected delay, we will try to contact you to let you know. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order, and we have confirmed we have your order in stock, you will be issued with an order number via email. Please quote this order number in any further communications.
If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. Please email enquiries@picnicandhamper.co.uk or call us on 07713 502688. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been dispatched.
If you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will receive a refund for the finnies that have not been opened and will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. If the goods are faulty, or if you received a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
